Don’t worry if you cannot find an answer for each question. Sometimes the bigger problem is finding too many!
I suggest you read the passage a couple of times.
If there are words in the Authorised Version that you find unfamiliar,
you can find a Bible word list printed at the back of most Trinitarian
Bible Society Bibles.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting Life."The extent of His love is shown in giving His only begotten Son.
This does not mean that all are saved. Every person must receive
what Christ has accomplished for him or her on the Cross, hence the addition
of the words "...that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish...".
The necessity of the new birth grows out of the incapacity of natural
man to ‘see’ or ‘enter into’ the kingdom of God. However gifted, moral
or refined a man may be, it is still true:
"Verily, verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God".
One of the most important questions we can ask ourselves is: "Have I
been born again yet?
If you are not sure of the answer, you can find out more by
reading 'CHRISTIAN?' (which is is also published
as a small 16-page booklet). It has helped many to find a personal faith
in Christ and know what it is to be born again.
